He was born in 1959 in Borçka/Artvin. He graduated from Ankara Academy of Economics and Commercial Sciences, Faculty of Economics in 1981. AYDIN started his career as an Assistant Inspector at TC Ziraat Bankası A.Ş. and served as Inspector, Department Head, Duisburg /Germany Representative and Branch Manager.

Pamukbank TAŞ. and T.Halkbank After serving as the Executive Board Member of T. Halk Bankası A.Ş., Board Member of Pamukbank TAŞ. and Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of TC Ziraat Bankası A.Ş. between 2003-2005, when the merger of A.Ş. was also completed in a short time and successfully, AYDIN served as the General Manager of T. Halk Bankası A.Ş. between 2005-2011, when the bank was offered to the public in 2007, the country's largest transaction to date.

Hüseyin AYDIN served as the General Manager of TC Ziraat Bankası A.Ş. between July 15, 2011 and March 26, 2021, and as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Banks Association of Türkiye between 2010 and 2021. Born in Samsun, YEŞİL completed his primary, secondary and high school education in Samsun. He graduated from Erciyes University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Economics.

YEŞİL, who started his career in 1988 by taking part in various commercial ventures, continued his career in the banking sector between 1998 and 2022. He served as a specialist, branch manager, regional coordinator, department head and deputy general manager at Pamukbank, T. Halk Bankası, TC Ziraat Bankası and Ziraat Katılım Bankası A.Ş., respectively.

He served as a member of the Board of Directors in domestic and international subsidiaries of the Ziraat Finance Group and as a member of the Board of Directors of the Credit Guarantee Fund.

YEŞİL, who was elected as the Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors and the Executive Board of Tarım Kredi Holding as of March 2022, is married and has two children.

Born in the Kulu district of Konya, HAMURCU completed his primary and secondary education at Kulu and Ankara Atatürk High School and then graduated from the Social Sciences Institute at GOP University.

He worked as Provincial Central Branch Manager, Gaziantep Regional President, Çukurova, Black Sea and Central Anatolia Regional Coordinator in various branches of TC Ziraat Bankası and voluntarily retired from the institution in 2017.

Between 2019 and 2021, he served as CFO responsible for Finance and Financial Affairs at Anadolu Birlik Holding A.Ş. (TORKU).

Born in Konya, BADEMLİ completed his undergraduate education at Anadolu University Faculty of Business Administration and his postgraduate studies at Selçuk University Institute of Social Sciences in the field of Accounting and Auditing.

BADEMLİ, who worked as a manager responsible for Finance and Financial Affairs in the private sector between 1992-2003, held various positions as a senior manager in various subsidiaries of Anadolu Birlik Holding A.Ş. between 2003-2022 , and most recently served as the Deputy Chairman of the Holding's Executive Board.

Mehmet Okan Ateş was born in Bolu in 1984.
He graduated from Ankara University, Faculty of Political Sciences, Department of Finance in 2007. Following his undergraduate studies, he continued his professional and academic development by completing the Executive Master in International Business program at ESCP Business School between 2023 and 2025. In addition, he received language training at St Giles Language School in London in 2017.

Ateş began his professional career in 2008 as an Assistant Auditor at the Turkish Court of Accounts. In 2010, he was appointed as an Auditor at the same institution. During this period, he served on the University Audit Team, conducting financial and operational audits of various universities.

Since 2011, Ateş has continued his career within the Audit Team of the Undersecretariat of Treasury, carrying out audit activities focused on public finance, debt management, and the efficient use of public resources. He conducted comprehensive audits particularly in the areas of treasury receivables, single treasury account (public treasury operations), cash management, contingent liabilities (such as treasury guarantees and debt assumption commitments), liabilities arising from closed funds, and public debt management (domestic/external borrowing, project and program financing).

By the decision of the Central Union Board of Directors dated July 22, 2018, he was appointed as Deputy General Manager of the Central Union of Turkish Agricultural Credit Cooperatives.>
